Lease agreement / buyout

I rented an indication from Signtronix through Upper Rental. The rent was for two years. The rent was authorized December 5. Monthly obligations were obtained from my bank account for that 24 months. Following the rent ended, January 15, Upper Rental required another payment per month within the quantity of $169.84. The buy out quantity for that indication was $243.55. The Asset-Management team named me nowadays (March 28) state I had been overdue on my cost - I set an end payment purchase using the lender to not permit any more distributions. I'm prepared to spend the total amount of the buy out quantity $73.71, but got so upset together, I hung-up telephone and considered to check up on their company methods! Alas, it isn't merely ME.
