Took money from my bank account and did not try to buy the properties I submitted to them

I was called by Larry Michaels to invest in a home based business finding properties in foreclosure or in distress. They said if they would buy the properties I would get $1000.00 and 20 % of the profit after the sale of the properties. They also charged me $9.95 a month for a bogus website that was never of any use. They asked me to invest into some advertising for my web site. They said the would match my investment and guarantee 5000 hits in 90 days or they will keep running it. They wanted me to invest $14,000, $10,000 $5000. They took $250.00 out of my bank account with out my consent, they sent me a form to sign to ok the transaction, I never signed and they still took $250.00. When I called the phone number, there was no answer and it went to a voice mail box they it said it was full. I turned in a fake name with my phone number and they never called, that's when I realized it was a scam.
