Richard a brennan formerly credicure, i would like my setupfees refunded and the capital one account that was cancelled refunded

I would like my setupfees refunded to me because i was promised that i would receive any setupfees back. I also had a capital one account with credicure which was cancelled because the creditor backed out of the agreement with credicure after i had made two payments of $159.00. I was promised that i would receive a refund because the creditor was no longer in the program.

I know that contacting this company was not easy because they never answered the phone. I had to call back several times in reference to my account. My account was transferred from credicure inc. To golden state debt management. I have recently decided to cancel my golden state debt management program. I contacted credicure inc. On march 25 in the afternoon. I noticed that the company changed its name again. I spoke to a lady on the telephone i told her that i was a former credicure client. Stating that i would like my setupfees refunded to me and the capital one payments. She started to look up my account and she never came back to the telephone. Therefore, i was disconnected and tried calling back. But there was no answer in trying to contact credicure.
