Harassment!

These folks contact often but can give no info why they're calling. When the one who initially named can't get something out-of me, they change the phone call to a, more unpleasant person. While informed to stop calling they claim they most definitely won't quit! Apart from altering my telephone number and having it unpublished, what else may I do... Plz recommend smb!
