Washington Mutual
Took esrow money and they are not returning it

I paid my taxes through credit card but Washington Mutul Mortgage took money from escrow account without my autorization. I went to tax office they told me since my credit card payment received first they send my escrow money back to washington mutul.

I have called Washington Mutul numerious time to get my money back. Everytime I called they said "your request is in process" and made excuses like it takes upto 90 days to process.

It has been more then 100 days since they deducated money from my account. All I am asking is to give my own money back and it seems like they are making some exuses every time I call. Please help me to get my back to me.
