Gina And Her Boss -name Not Given Threatened loss of my employment and demanded my checking account information

Received a phone call at my place of employment from this company on 03/17/08. I was told if I did not give them my checking account information immediately they would call my employer and garnish my wages. It took me ten minutes to get source of debt I owed and was threatened and yelled at the entire time. I was told if I did not call back with a payment by 03/21/08 they would definitely directly call my employee. I called today to offer a payment arrangement and they said there were no options pay today or else. I work in the credit card industry for 30 years and I know they are in violation of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practice Act). I was directly insulted and when I told them that because I was calling them from my place of employment the call was automatically recorded as was the call they had made to me on Monday. At that point they hung up on me. When I called them back from my number they did not answer. When I called back from my cell and blocked the number they answered. When I told them who I was the man told me he did not have to waste his time with me and hung up - only he had a few words of profanity in the middle. Definitely illegal collection practices.
