Charged me excessive late fees for payments sent two weeks ahead of time Atlanta Georgia

Tribute is a ripoff. They have excessively charged me late fees. I have mailed in several payments and they said that they did not recieve eventhough they were two weeks ahead of due date.

When they finally recieved it i was charge an additional charge and they charged me a late fee for making a payment on line on the due date of the payment saying it takes a couple of days to be processed.

I can never get ahead with them even doubling up on payments
