Never refunded my money after 3 tickets

The corporation got my cash and after seeking a reimbursement they never delivered after informing me it'd be 10-15 business days for my return check. I did so this method three times and was informed the same each time and not returned my check! It's been nearly annually today. Anybody thinking about SUING! The corporation please mail me I believe everybody cheated must meet up and prosecute these assholes for taking are cash! You are able to reach me at jjkingpin@verizon.net I've a lawyer we're able to all utilize to get our money-back if its actually feasible at this time!
