Automatically bill you when you never ordered service

I just recieved a letter from these guys saying that my credit card will automatically be billed if I do not cancel this service within 30 days. I never ordered this service. I never gave them a credit card.

When you call, you get the perpetual hold. I think all they have is one person answering phones to cancel service.

This is ILLEGAL. They can not claim I signed up for a service when I never did and bill me by default.

Scam!!!
