Unauthorized Interest Charges

After undergoing emergency surgery. I was hit with the bill from the doctors themselves. Don't get it twisted I do owe them their money. I'm not disputing that fact. The fact is I did nothing to sto pthe garnishments from happening and being lazy about it they did come and still are deducting.

Well the problem is, that my doctors turned over the bill to Peroutka and Peroutka. They in turned filed a lawsuit against me and won for the amount of 3000 plus 50 for court cost with 0 post interest. Bringing the final talley to 3050 for the lawsuit. Well in October they started garnishing my wages. Again I'm not disputing the garnishment either.

What I'm disputing is the fact that I keep getting letters from Peroutka and Peroutka saying that untill the balance is paid in full I would be aquiring interest at. 82 a day then as the total amount owed got lower. Well I called the courts and found out that I had a judgement for 3050 only I called Peroutka and Peroutka and they told me that I still owed them that money even after I paid off my judgement debt. So according to them as of March 14th I owe them 1400 well according to my payroll checks and my report that my company gave me I've paid them 2100 already so I owe them 950 not 1400 thats a 450 swindle and its still growing each paycheck.

I then spoke with a lawyer and he said that as long as they don't pursue me any further once the judgement amount is paid off then Im fine but if they continue I have a harassment case.

Don't trust these people. I understand its their job to get money but to try to swindle it from people is just sick.
