Falsified debt

This company put a delinquency on my credit report stating the original debtor as NE Commsoft. I have never heard of either company and have never had anything to do with either company. I have never received anything in the mail; no debt validation. There is no contact phone number for them and I have not receieved any response to my dispute with them through experian or to letters. Any help as to what to do from here would be greatly appreciated. I am very distraught over this because from what I have seen when I google the company I am not the only victim and this is still happening far too easily and needs to be addressed legally.
