They have lied, cheated, and taken advantage of us

I have a mortgage with OPTION ONE MORTGAGE. My father had a heartattack and caused me to miss work and to travel. I contacted OPTION ONE to work out a payment plan to get caught up. The person on the phone set it up so that I could break the payments in half. We set the dates for the payments to be sent. I sent the first one and it cleared my acccount. I sent the second one and 2 weeks later they sent it back to me saying it was not in certified funds. The first payment that I sent wasn't either but they accepted it and processed it. Then I called them and they told me that they did't see anywhere in the computer where a payment plan had been discussed. Which was a LIE because how would I know the amount to be sent for one. Then 2 days later I was served with FORECLOSURE PAPERS! I asked to speak to a manager about pulling the recorded conversation between me and the person about the payment plan and they never did. So they put me in a reinstatement plan and said I would have to pay 9,000 in lawers fees so they added that to my monthly payments over the course of 12 months. Everyone you speak to has a diffrent answer to all questions asked. If you go to the blog on OPTION ONE it's unbelievable what this company is getting away with. They need to be stopped because they are ruining LIVES for thier own financial benefit and problems. Please help us report them to the correct people and help all of us who are the VICTIMS of this company. Thank you
