Ripoff con-artists took us for all we had

Capital First withdrew $99.95 on 5/28/02, & another $59.95 on 5/28/02 for a master card, that I have never received to this day of 10/28/02.
They, on 5/08/02 also took $19.95, on 5/28/02 they took $95.67 & and on 5/28/02 another $155.62 on 5/09/02 another $19.95 out of my account.

I am a single mother trying to raise a teenage son, these people have literaly made my life a living hell. My bank has charged me Over $175.00 in insuff. Funds, behind this. I have contacted them 2 to 3 times a week, asking them where is my card. Always the same story, we will have to resubmitt your card, give it another 2 to 3 weeks. I was told the same story again on 10/28/02
