Ripoff ripoff

I was ripped off by American Credit Solutions. They called me several times and the last time I said OK, but If I change my mind can I cancel before I received the package of informaton and the man said yes. The next day I decided that I did not want to particiapte in the program and I did a stop payment on the check. But they withdrew money from account electronically through ACH Debit. I am really pissed and I think they need to be sued and I want my money back immediately.
