Next Wave Solutions
I was ripped off by this so called "loan" company

My husband and I applied for a bad-credit personal loan, and was contacted by Next Wave Solutions. They said that we were approved for $5000, however, because of our credit, the private lender wanted a "security" deposit of $960. I transfered the money via MoneyGram, and was informed that the money would be in my account next day. When I checked my account the next day, there was no money, so I called the company back and spoke to Brian. He said that the private lender needed another $960 to secure the loan, and that the money was guaranteed to be in my account in 3 hours. I borrowed money from my parents in order to appease them, and still no money.
I continued to call the company the rest of the day, and no one would answer. I tried the next day via phone and email, and still nothing. I even had my husband and father call, and while they did answer, they clammed up as soon as they found out who they were calling for. I contacted the Attorney General's office, filed a police report, and got the bank to give me back my money (well, temporarily at least). I even had the police department contact the Ashland, Massachusetts police, who verified that the address is real, but it is an upholstery business, and I am not the first to call about Next Wave. I definently stress not to do business with this "company". It was not worth all the stress!
