Company claims to give a free credit report and charges 30 Dollars a month with out consent

I think if you sign up for FreeCreditReport.com you are automatically sign up to: privacymattersidentity.com
savingsmart.com Both of these charge a one dollar a month and then hit your account for 29.95. They will claim that you check boxed a form asking for the service. If I did it was hidden very well because I have no idea who they are. My research shows many complaints about this. This is fraud and this company needs to be shut down. I will report them to the ftc https://rn. Ftc. Gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$. Startup
and others.
