Fraud costs!

I obtained a contact in regards to a 2-week way to obtain green tea extract products for $4.95. It did nothing, and quickly I obtained per monthis offer within the email. I rejected shipping, but there is a cost of almost $100.00 on my charge card. I proceed to email them regarding eliminating the cost, but get no reaction. So what can I actually do... Plz recommend smb!
