Note to collection reps when a person goes to jail in california for warrants they have served their time in the eyes of the court.in other words time is served no balance due

After being aressted for traffic tickets in 2007 they said that my family member still owes this company, for warrants in 2004 also nov after doing time in jail in sept. I do not no of a jail that would let you out after they get arest you without doing the time for all warrants. G C services Limited is not part of the court house they are just a collection agency for the courts with a lot of outdated information.

They will threaten you with a driver license supension, judgement on your credit. But what they will not do is show you prof that you owe the debt.

I am sick and tired of this company and their unfair practices.
