Phony bill!

I obtained a "expenses" from Northland Group Inc. Attempting to gather on which I believed was a charge card I'd from 19 years back. After I first obtained this statement 2 yrs before (it strangely confirmed on my credit history AFTER I bought my first house). I approached all three-credit agencies plus they all replied back by stating the issue have been removed. I examined them later also it was eliminated. Today, 24 months later, I obtain a statement declaring towards the impact that "because of the tax period, our customer is prepared to lower your stability by promoting funds." I approached them by mail and telephone, with no you could inform me the title of the shop so when the consideration was exposed. It appears as though these "presents of negotiations" come around tax-time.
