I should not have to pay this legal esswindler about $10,000, but I did to get free for any obligation this company has according to their foul lease contract. This company provided the worst service I ever experience in my entire life! First, the contract was procured with a liar with help from Toyota of El Cajuan. I did not know it was a liar and that the lease contract was so foul, because I would not have signed the contract.

Later on about a couple of months, I was given no consideration and totally disrespected concerning my insurance policy. When I asked where in the lease contract did it showed Bank of the West name had to be added to my personal insurance poliecy, I was totally disregard. They went behind my back and added their name to my personal insurance policy without my consent.

Finally, I received more rude, nasty, and unprofessional service with a bill especially Kimberlee Hill came to mind. I am totally unsatifactoried with this company. I ever sent them a letter to Bill McQueen with my bill telling him how his company mistreated my wife and me.

I received no respond except a $322.22 refund check only for an overcharge. I have proof to support my statements. I will never recommend that company to any of my family members, friends, or co-workers. I am done dealing with that company.
