Fraudulent credit charges!

I've been fraudulently billed $69.95 for an iCareer Package, that I've never requested, and not obtained from, to my Money One charge card for many months today, and also the charge card company is discovering FOR the deceptive organization!!! They are able to not provide me having a deal, or every other evidence of purchase. The CC firm claims iCareer has my current email address, and that's enough for them!? The corporation has gone out of Costa Rica, but CAn't be approached, or may contact me. I believe the Credit Card Issuers have been in with this for $, but don't have any evidence. Just how can they escape with this specific scam?! Our bodies hurts, to actually permit this to occur.
