I applied for a bad-credit loan through this companies website on 2/6 and was approved. I was faxed over paperwork which stated that I was approved for a $8500 loan but I would have to make a collateral payment of $1200 which was the first 6 months payments. I was very reserved about doing this but I really needed the loan to pay of some credit cards and get back on track financially. I was told by Robert Whitman of thier company that I needed to send a MoneyGram and they have a relationship with Walmart. If I did this I my money would be transfered into my checking account within 24 hours.

I borrowed the money from a friend and went to my local Walmart on 2/6 at 4:20pm and sent the money to a Sarah Conners at the North York Ontario Canada Walmart.
The next day I received a phone call from a Edward Fields in their customer service department who told me there was a problem and info on my credit report didn't coincide with info I gave them. He said I had 2 options - send them another $1200 and the loan would be processed immediately or I could receive a refund. The contract stated though that refunds must coincide with the Lenders monthly billing cycle so I couldn't get a refund until 2/22.

When I spoke with them again on Friday 2/22 Robert Fields told me a certified check was going out to me Fedex Overnight that day. I still have not received my money and now when I call their office a recording just says "Thank You, Goodbye" and hangs up on me.
I was very desperate and these people took advantage of that.
