Company has refused a return of capital after they did not provide the service which they sold in a timely manner Tempe, (Phoenix) Arizona

In November of I ordered a service to represent the processing of credit cards. Within a few weeks they had not provided either the information they promised or the product requested. I immediately requested a refund on more than one occassion from the staff, who always deferred to Sheila, the office manager. After several weeks of calling and getting no return call, Sheila finally returned the call, stating she could not process the request. (even tho' everyone on staff said she was the one to process it.)

After persistent attempts at calling, and upon making a request to my Visa holder, Mike Green with Bankcard Empire called, stating that he would send a refund if I would cancel the request from the Visa holder.in a 3-way conversation with the Visa card-holder assistant, Mike explicitly stated he would make this refund, thus Barbara Defedelto proceeded to cancel the request through the Visa card carrier. The money was never sent, and in early February Barbara stated the credit was returned to my account from the Visa holder. This, however, did not mean the account had been refunded from Bankcard Empire, and yesterday (February 25) received information that Bankcard Empire refused to re-imburse the money, stating that they had provided the services originally bought. They DID NOT do this in a timely manner, but after the fact, and after the refund request had been made.

This company does not deliver as they promise and do Not honor their guarantee. They refuse to return the money that they took, and are very dishonorable in their dealings with the public.
