Ripoff of $247 from my cheking account! Fraudulent ripoff business

Renee, I read your report, and please don't kill yourself, you are only 21 and it is not worth it. I am 48 and I felt the same way when I found out (they took the $247 out of my account on 8/16/02). I too had great plans for that $2,500, and made many promises, especially to my teenage daughter, I wanted to get her a new bed andhelp my other daughter to fix her car. I am a single mom.

I have actually spoken with people at this fraudulent company and they always have a different excuse.

I am a legal secretary, and my boss has many political connections, so I am hoping to contact the Attrorney General and then call Beneficial to let them know I have done this and hopefully they will refund, as another complainant suggested we do on this site. Either that, or my bank can reverse the ACH Debit that Beneficial took out.

Thank God I found this site! I now KNOW without a doubt that I have been taken for a ride, and will take the action I need to. God bless you Rene.
