Absolutely stay away from this company. The call center is located in India and even though you work out a plan to keep your house (after the adjustable 3% rate increase), nobody at the call center will have a clue what you're talking about. Looks like bankruptcy will be the only option after they start the foreclosure proceedure and because of the lower credit score after dealing with them... Godd luck refinancing (especially in todays banking market).

If anyone in Michigan is interseted in starting a class action lawsuit against this complany... Please contact me. They must be accountable for their practices and the situation they are putting most of in!
