Website not accessable anymore. $49.95 wasted!

I spent $49.95 on a membership that doesn't exist anymore. When I first signed up in March of I was able to connect to the web site. However I found the instructions they provided were very confusing and hard to understand. I am not very computer literate, but they assured me that didn't matter. Evidently, it did.
If anyone comes across this company during any of their searches, be advised - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This company is a ripoff and now I can't even e-mail them to complain. After the first of this year, I was unable to even access the website.
