Scam me out of 1800.00

I had been applying for loans and then out of no where this lady named Norma Parks called me and said I had applied for a loan and I said yes and she said well I am calling to tell you it was approved for 30,000 at 8% interest, so she sent me the paper work the loan agreement by email with a guarnetee of approval. Then she said since my credit was poor and considered a high risk they would need for me to put my first 4 months of payments down to secure the loan. So I thought okay well maybe I could understand that, so then she sent me the paper work to pay for these first 4 months and to western union it to a Krista Brown in Canada. Now I thought this was odd but everyone else had turned me down and I was desperate to believe I was going to get this money and have a fresh start by being able to pay off all my debts. So I sent the western union and the money was suppose to be deposited into my account within 3 days. So day 5 after many many many phone calls her to which I always got voice mail, I finally get her on the phone by using a different name of who is calling, because that is the first thing there number saids when you call it who is calling and you state your name, so I used my daughters name and wow she picked up the phone and I said I dont have my loan yet, she said well there has been a problem, your money has been frozen by the federal reserve since it is coming from North America, I said what I live in the freaken North America lady and so do you, she said I mean your money is coming across the border from candian that is where we found you a lender, and due to the high amount of loan they have frozen the funds and we need you to pay us an additional 900.00 to get the money unfrozen from federal reserve. I went off cause they I knew the truth I had always kinda knew but was really hopeing I was wrong, and then she starts yelling at me like a crazy person, saying no this is not a scam or rip off, I am just like you I work and have kids and this is my job, I said well lady I feel sorry for you and dont know how you can hold your head up knowing wht you do or sleep at night, so she yells some more. She said I will just cancel your loan and you will get full refund, I said fine cancel it and get me my money back ASAP. Well it is been over a month and still no refund, which I knew better but still hoped cause I had borrowed from alot of people to come up with 1800.00. So after being completely stressed out and not knowing what I can possibly do I am just reporting the company to everyone so they dont get fooled like I did.
