They're horrible. I thought it was just I having the problem over a disputed charge until I saw the movie "Maxed Out" available at both Blockbuster and Netflix, and until I did some internet research. I wondered why checks I sent them were never cashed and sure enough, if you believe others investigatory research, WaMu employees admit to throwing out checks so customers have to pay a late fee. They are predatory - they max you out with late charges and interest. Then, after they've harassed you day and night they sell the account to a collection agency. This is not a funny matter. People have taken their own life because of the practices of WaMu and others who follow a similar model.
