Rip-off scam liars Tampa Florida

I received a postcard from ACS stating I qualified for a $4,000 credit line. I don't usually call these things, but I did. I spoke to Leontina Jeanpaul, she asked for my Confirmation Number and then proceeded to ask me my name, address, etc. When she asked me the name of my bank, I said, "Wait a minute. I would like to know a little more about your company."

I asked how much this was going to cost me. She hemmed and hawed around saying she must go through the steps to see which program I fit into. I kept asking her to give me some idea of the cost. Finally, she transferred me to her supervisor, Luann James. Luann was also very secretive and hesitant about telling me anything about the company. I then asked for the owners name and she said they don't give that out. She hung up on me.

I called back and this time got Amanda, I asked for Luann and was told she was on another line, but she, Amanda, was the other floor supervisor. I got the same run around, can't give any information out, you must go through the steps to determine your fees, etc. I told Amanda was very rude and had hung up on me. She then said the report said I hung up on her! I told her that was an out and out LIE!

She then transferred me to Luann James. I told her she LIED on her report and she squirmed and tried to make it sound like the phone disconnected or something. I then got online and found The complaint and saw all the complaints against American Credit Solutions. If anyone wants me to help put these scam artists out of business, let me know.
