Frank and company solicit the sale of NXSL, acting as representatives on behalf of Nextech Solutions, to sell NXSL (prior NXSN) at a large discount in order for the company to meet NXSL's requirements to move to the NASDAQ.

Calls to my cell phone (dont know how they got my number) and the below email were an attempt for me to purchase the stock at 70% of current value.
After researching Frank's intent with NXSL, and NXSL'S public relations group (Mercom Capital Group, LLC #512-215-4452), IT BECAME VERY CLEAR THAT THIS WAS A SCAM. Furthermore, it appears these people are making a living scamming stocks.
