Unauthorized debits from account!

I defaulted on the mortgage with this particular organization. I had been ready to obtain in touch with Westbury Endeavors and put up preparations for that mortgage to become compensated with one cost from my bank account. They mentioned that there could be no body continuously starting my consideration which the cost could be obtained about the day-we planned. Prior to your day the cost was to become obtained they extended to-go into my consideration and accumulate cash. I named and advised somebody called Ms. Lee and he or she mentioned she'd consider it and provide me a call-back. She never called back. Essentially the corporation has extended to-go into my account and consider whichever is there so that as an effect I'm today getting numerous facility costs on my bank account, to date totaling about $500. I documented fraud exercise to my lender. The corporation needed me to setup this agreement, but did practically nothing they stated they'd do. I recognize that I owe income but when they inform me to setup a, I actually do it, however they don't recognize it, what else may I do? Plz recommend smb!
