Wells Fargo Mortgage
Refused to accept my house payments then forclosed on my home

I started having problems with wells fargo right from the start. The very first statment came after it was due and the rest came so late that I ended up photocopying one so that I could send the rest out on time. Even then they took forever to process them and tacked on a late fee on several months.

Then recently they refused to accept my November and December and even sent back my january payment then the next thing I know I find some papers on my front porch telling me I need to go to court for forced entry on my property. I was not contacted by phone or mail they just sold my house to themselves on january 1 a holiday for my bank.
