Harrasement falsifying information, Rude Disrespectful Unappologetic

I was contacted today from one their employees, Joanna, that accused me of being someone I an NOT! She was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional! I do not take kindly to being accused of being a liar! I dont like being lied to either.

She said she got a Linda Reiches (sp?) name off of my website www.clippityklop.com. When I called back I demanded an apology from her which she said (very snotty) that she would not. I asked for a manager an got David. I asked the manager to go to my website so I could prove who I was and that that person was not associated with me at all. He said he did not have access to the internet. I wonder how Joanna could get access to the internet when her manager could not. I HATE BEING LIED TO!

Their company has called and harassed this house on and off for months. It is wrong for this company and their employees to act this way. It is wrong for them company to encourage this behavior.

I have sent several e-mails to the company demanding an apology from Joanna. I can't even begin to tell you the way she spoke to me and what she said. It was unbeliveable!

I have a credit score of something like 730 and I pay my bills. It is unsettling to me to be the victim of such harrasement when it had nothing to do with me.

There should be laws against this. The worst thing is feeling so helpless against their harrassement. I feel as if I have been raped and my diginity stripped from me.
