I've been calling Pursuit at their Communication Division - 800-238-3267. The amount disconnects you before you can connect with anybody due to large call volume. I've also sent their Communication Division numerous occasions at 888-643-9628. The main reason I've been thus continual in calling them is basically because they owe me cash from the refund check.
