Bad service!

My partner and that I submitted our fees on 1-29-08 and submitted for an RAL withit through them. It's now 2-4-08 and we have not seen anything due to as they tell us our return and six others are stuck in there system and have not been processed to IRS nor by the lender. I've talked to varied people in the office we'd them completed at and there primary office hereandnow headquarters. All inform me they don't understand why these results are getting caught within the program. Or do they understand once they may be prepared. This really is fake ad and incorrect to most of US. No body named to inform us these specific things we've all needed to contact ourselves since no body named us within our forty-eight hour time-slot. Along with all of this we can not go-anywhere else or do them ourselves at this time because of then your government can get results from numerous resources at differing times.
