LIed about finance charges... Then when behind on payment want to arrest me instead of taking ca

Needless to say Auto Credit of Florida is a total scam. I did not realize when looking for a car that they were crooks.

This was the first time I was buying a car on my own and was told I was getting a good deal. I chose a Suzuki Aerio... The asking price was 6500.
The sales called the finance company, talked with them a while and come back and told me..."Oh you got a deal... You get the car for 4200.00." As he did the paper work he said they add their finance charge up front so that it it came to a total of 5700.00 and my payments would be 300.00 for 18 months.

I thought ok. Lil steep but I can handle 18 months and its paid for... I signed and went homethinking I did good.
Well, I got the actual papers in the mail a week later... It showed I owed 7200. Plus finance charges. I called and asked why I was being another finance charge, that it was added up front. She said no... My loan was 7200. Well now I am stuck with 300 payments for 48 months.

Well I sucked it up as being taken... The kicker is that I got laid off. I have not been able to make payments. Behind 2 months. I found out today they went and filed a warrant to pick me up saying I wont relinquish the property. BS!!! I have left the car out hoping they would come repo it to get it off my hands. Now I have to contend with being arrested for not paying for a car. This is a crappy scamming company... If I want to keep myself out of jail I have to pay the back payments, all costs of the warrant and attorney fees plus give the car back... On top of that... If they dont sell it for the loan payoff I am still responsible for the amount left... Which I know. But if I miss one payment I go to jail.

What kind of cold hearted greedy scamming business is this... What is our govt coming to to let people be locked up for not being able to afford something... Even willing to return it?
