Forcing ME into Forclosure

I have been having issues with Homecomings for over 10 months. I fell behind two months on my mortgage. I called them and they "set me up" on a temporary catch up plan to help satisfy my negative amounts. They set me up all right, the money I have sent in was NEVER applied to my account payments or rears, it was displaced into never never land by late fees and interest compounded on interest. I owed 33k for last years scheduled payments, as of 12-07 I paid Homecomings over 40k. I am receiving past due notices of 25k. I have asked repeatedly for a copy of their records to show where my money has gone.

They repeat themselves with each of the 50 phone calls with "I do not know". I ask to speak to a supervisor and I speak to voicemails, never a returned call. I have reported this to the FTC and I know this is the definition of unfair lending. The only call I get now is from collections asking me to send more money!

I cannot send them money with the knowledge that the money will never be applied to my account. I have three kids and a wife and I am being foreced into foreclosure. I was promised a "loan modification" on December 21st. They wanted to add the BS past due amounts on top of the principal of my mortgage. I told them no way, and that is the last I have heard. This is unjust and criminal. If you know of a lawyer or any one else that has had similar situations please have them contact me.
