I took out a loan with Wells Fargo Financial, part of the deal is to pay for disability/life insurance... A $10.00 monthly fee. After paying for 2 years, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I have been unable to work due to cancer treatments. I have tried disparately but to no avail to file a claim.
After filling out the 12 page form and sending it in, they insisted they never got it. I had to redo the originals, that entails getting my Dr. To fill out a lengthy form. Sent is again and they are again asking I have the Dr. Fill out the same form AGAIN.
You cannot get anywhere on the phone with this company. It is a TOTAL waste of money and time!
Adds stress to an already stressful situation. This was supposed to give me peace of mind...
