Twx magazine charged me for something that i didn't order

This is the first time i've heard of this magazine, but last night i checked my bank account and their was a pending transaction for $114. I went to to their website and there's NO POINT OF CONTACT. I called my bank and they gave me this number 1-800-773-3142 but it doesn't work.
