Holding Tax Refunds

This company is a complete ripoff they tell you that they can file your tax return for under 25.00 that was to include the tax pre and fast rapid refund within 24-48hrs. I filed on jan 18th and as of jan 26 i still have not recived my refund in there store there are no pricing charts i didnt find out intill later that they are charging 136.00 for tax prep and 15 for a erc fee i have called the bank republica bank that handles the refund they say its the irs i call the irs and they tell that they released my refund to the bank on 18th i tried calling the corp office of puropse money and no one knows about the tax service but if you call any of there stores the first thing they say is fast tax service i never signed any forms for the filling either. I have called the auto telephone number for the bank they keep giving a differnt date when i talk to a live rep they say that the automated system is not working right, the manger just keeps saying call back the next day and since they have caller id the dont answer when i call from my cell phone number this company is scaming people and the bank is also scaming peolpe as well... The manger offers for me to take out a pay day loan if i dont want to wait for my tax refund i think that is there scam to get people to take out loans with high interst rates
