Ripoff consumer fraud dishonest waste of time victimized many consumers

Ecause of circumstance beyond my control, my credit had suffered.

While checking out all the credit offers on the net, this one didn't seem to have any of the hidden costs or obligations that so many of them did if you really read them. I filled in the application and someone called me within hours. They explained that there would be an initial charge of 228.00 dollars, I don;t
even remember for wkat, but it made sense at the time.

Never at any time did they say it was not a regular credit card, or that there was an additional annual fee of99.00. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was strictly for ccs shopping, and there was an additional annual fee! When I read the fine print on the back of the letter it states absolutely no cancellations or refunds.
I never did activate my card, because there is nothing they sell I WOULD ever buy.

I was more than a little upset at the shady practices they used, and wrote them a nasty letter, but of course got no response. I still don't know if they bare going to try to take the 99.00 annual fee because they have my checking account no. I didn't know what to do, I just figured I HAD LEARNED A VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON
