They observed how I had been onlineshopping to get a cash advance. They employed that info and stated that I requested a card using their organization. I talked with customer support on many events. Customer Support guaranteed me that my Pre-loadable card is likely to be within the email 6-8 months. After 4 weeks I talked having a live agent that explained there should have been an error and a different one is likely to be sent. It's been nearly 8 weeks but still nothing. Today actually the web page has improved. The telephone number isn't any longer on the site plus they are significantly tougher to obtain approached. I'm robbed and have no idea how to proceed next. The cash was not in my own bill therefore the bank settled them-and today I owe the financial institution.
