Ripoff-fraud-scam-beware-avoid at all costs! New york

I filed my 2007 tax return with this company and I paid almost $300 for a rapid refund return to be sent to me within 24 hours. My file was approved immediately by the IRS and sent to the bank to disburse my return as I had agreed to and paid for. However, I never received my return (2 weeks later) and this company cannot be contacted AT ALL except via their "Live Chat" feature. HOWEVER, the people I have chatted with on this, claim to only be the "messengers" and state that my problem will be given to management and they would be in contact with me.

I haven't heard from A SINGLE manager/owner/etc that is willing to offer assistance. The "messenger" said that it was all the bank's fault, however, I called Chase and they told me they were refusing to fulfill any payments b/c this company that I filed through has given Chase bank reason to believe they are operating a "questionable and possibly fraudulent business."

My Grandmother is waiting on me to receive this refund because she is fighting cancer for a second time and this money is all we have to pay the hospital so they will allow her to begin chemo. I told this company this as well and BEGGED them to help because each day that they refuse to help me and give me what was promised and paid for, is another day that my Grandmother is being EATEN ALIVE by this cancer. However, this company did not care enough to even send me an email updating me on my refund and when we can expect it so that we can arrange things with her doctors and so forth.

I try to talk to the "messengers" and they keep terminating the chat session without saying goodbye, helping me, or anything. They are running from solving these problems so I will do all I can to help others avoid going through what I am with this company.
