American Financial Service beware of their claims and promises they took my Mom for $8000 without any service

None of their promises came true, all creditors hate them so collections calls increased and she was subject to more lawsuits and garnishments and they offer no help as you wait an average of 45 minutes to get someone to help you and then they tend to hang up on you. They are taking money into this 3rd party trust account they say but supposedly not ok in the State of CA but they ignore the law and laugh all the way to the bank with consumer's money. Their office is in Irvine but apparently they made a deal or hush money to register it is Bakersfield, CA and one of their companies hides the compliants for the other services company called QSS quality services, I think. I hear the guy also did some time for toner fraud but that I can't confirm when we spoke to the detective about previous other complaints as money missing from everyone's accounts.
