They have taken almost $2000 out of my checking account!

I delivered paperwork requesting they quit my car drafts from appearing out of my bank account within the quantity of $233.62 occasions 2 (have 2 loans) on 12-10-07 since my spouse was let go plus they decided and stated they totally recognized, etc, etc. However, on 12-15-07 they required both funds out and that I was cost $250 in NSF costs plus they stated there is nothing they might do. Therefore, I questioned the costs with my lender and delivered over another written demand to prevent this to Fast Press. They mentioned they might follow. Nevertheless, they've removed 2 more funds on 1-1-08,1-15-08, and again on 1-16-08. I DON'T HAVE THIS SORT OF CASH!!! I eventually needed to shut my bank account that we have experienced for more than 6 years and that I still needed to spend almost $1000 in NSF costs as a result of this... But still all-they state is there's nothing they are able to do! Along with all this, they keep calling me at the office and threatening to take my earnings and making unpleasant communications with my workers... I'm the supervisor there! I'm prohibited to possess individual telephone calls and also have requested them repeatedly to prevent. If you're able to assist me or know where I will proceed please allow me to understand!!!
