Rude and harassing!

My spouse has two charge card balances with WAMU lender. Somehow among the records got ignored. They delivered it to ICC for selections. Today our additional consideration with WAMU is current, no issues. ICC Methods calls my mobile phone. I reply, a pleasant polite woman informs me she is from WAMU. I clarify my spouse reaches college. Yes, I am his partner. Fifteen seconds later there's this rude, ridiculous guy about the telephone yelling at me just like a lunatic. I attempt to clarify that it had been an over-site on our component. Yes we all know that its our problem. We're outdated, get pension monthly. We shall spend this about the to begin the month.
