This in response to John, oh dear Johnny... Do you forget to mention the times when the LRC's take payments and post them in this bogus "miscelaneous suspense" accounts? Letting properties go to sale, and not returning the money to the borrowers? Do you remember hundreds of cases where forbearance payments were sent and posted on this suspense accounts, sending the loans to foreclosure???

Or the instance where your own Senior Manager of default Servicing, Mrs. Teresa Bratcher, was arguing over the telephone that she could do a foreclosure on a Reinstated Loan? Does this lady knows what she is talking about? Does she has a finance or managerial degree at all? OR her position was given by but kissing? How can you proceed with foreclosure on a Reinstated Loan? Is that the way she is training the India foreclosure department to handle the loans?

What about the loans that have to be closed and instead are put on hold, therefore charging fees and bogus bpo's??? The time when a loan went for sale and after the sale the Attorney noticed that a Reinstatement check was in his office and never notified the foreclosure coordinator?

I really feel sorry for the borrowers that can't afford to hire a lawyer, they get screwed big time! These charlatans of LRC's tell them lies and people think they are attorney's! Like this lady in Florida, the LRC refuses to work out a payment plan with her even when her loan is reinstated!

Shame on you, here is a proactive person, trying not to be charged foreclosure bogus fees, trying to work out a loan since she knows she will get behind, and the LRC told her no! I know why! Her house balance is only $40k and if Ocwen buys back the house at the auction sale, it can make money out of it, yes, Ocwen has an REO department! Why do you think they are so eager to buy back the properties? To sell them at a big profit! Yea, scam artist and I can prove it!

Hope you get what is coming soon! Stop harrasing employees, you bastards! I will be one of the thousands laughing at you when you all get handcuffed!
