Harrassing me and won't supply documentation of debt. Or original credito

My title says it all! Most of the other posts in this forum are extremely accurate as to how they treat you. I have been doing some research about this firm. They have a bad reputation in ALL other forums I have dropped in on. I'm pretty sure I don't owe the debt. I don't, nor ever had an acct. With HSBC bank.

I have some friends who are attorneys who have steered me in the right direction as to how I should deal with them. I have begun documenting all contact. They have already violated my rights under FDCPA on several different grounds.

Here are just a few of the things they have done to me:
1) They have not disclosed the original creditor in writing as I have asked for repeatedly.
2) They have continued to call and harrass me after I told them not to and that I am disputing the debt.
3) Did not read me my Mini Miranda rights on several occasions.
4) Threatened me with legal action for Asking for Proof of debt. If I did not pay immediately.

According to the FTC, the Attorney General of the State of Massachussetts, and several other resources I investigated they are actually liable to me now whether I do owe them a debt or not! In fact if the debt is beyond the statute and I do owe them I may just offer them my sacks!:)
