Deciptive sales people, not on the BBB like they tell you, Terrible customer service

I was told they would send out letters to my creditors so it would stop the phone calls, I still got collection calls along with officers at my door serving me with papers. I was sued by 3 of my creditors within 8 months, after talking to other companies I was told that sending out cease and desist letters is not a good idea because it increases your chances of being sued. I was told they were on the BBB and had 0 complaints, come to find out now they are not even on the BBB, I will be going to the BBB soon to report them as well, is that even legal to lie to people about that? BEWARE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! Frauds! Customer service never returns my calls once I signed up it was like they ran off in a way.
