Did a 149.95 fee on my checking account without authorization

They have been trying to take 149.95 out of my checking account for a credit card that I did not apply for. Just because I applied for a payday loan they automatically sign me up for this card. Called them and they cancelled the card but will not refund my overdraft fees totaling 70.00 because it would not go though.
